Does everyone on a trip need Gather Premium?
No. One organizer’s Gather Premium subscription unlocks premium tools for the trips they own. Invited travelers can collaborate without separate subscriptions, subject to their trip permissions.
What happens to our plans if Premium ends?
Existing saved work remains available to view, edit and delete under the usual account and trip permissions. Creating new premium work requires active organizer access.
Does Gather book travel or move money between travelers?
No. Gather helps your group organize plans and record costs. It does not sell travel reservations, transfer shared expenses or guarantee availability, prices or exchange rates.
How do web subscriptions and cancellation work?
When web checkout is available, Stripe handles your payment details. The checkout shows the price, billing frequency and applicable tax before you agree. A monthly or annual subscription renews until canceled. Manage payment information and future renewals from billing in your Gather account. A refund request is separate from cancellation; contact support for help.
Is there an automatic trial conversion?
The current premium preview does not convert automatically to a paid subscription. A paid subscription requires a separate checkout and your explicit agreement to recurring billing.
